After a quick phone screen, I had 7 days to complete a challenge related to ML for chemistry. Even though it was a bit time consuming, I found the challenge quite fun and enjoyable. Afterward, I had a code review with the ML team to discuss my solution and then a half day of phone calls with people throughout the company. I did not know what to expect from the later set of phone calls, but they ended up just being relaxed discussions. The process was wrapped up with a 45 minute call with the founders. They had an offer out the next day.
