I applied for this Data Entry position on Craigslist and after a quick phone interview I was invited in for a paid trial. The job description posted online was a bit misleading. Instead of being focused on data entry it is more recruiting people and scheduling them for orientation as a courier than any real data entry or analysis. Though they were honest on the phone about that part. The shadiest part of this job is that it is an independent contractor position. Meaning you'll be paying the full payroll tax. Both halves... the part you'd pay on a legit job, and then additionally you're responsible for what is normally paid for by your employer. $13 an hour for an independent contractor. Not worth it. Shadier than hell.
