Applied, heard nothing for several weeks, then got call to come in next day. Three manager interview was maybe the worst I've had. One manager left, returned, checked his Blackberry, left again. Other manager didn't understand technical terms. Third manager looked ready to pull his hair out. After half hour, they walked me out. Manager was supposed to give me a business card but forgot and closed the door on my outstretched hand. Figured I didn't get the job. Three months later got a call asking me to come in 6am next day. Weird.
