Lasted about an hour. Typical questions in the IT World. Skill sets and experiences. Questions with regards to computer software / hardware related. Customer service, task management and customer service.

Had an initial review with them and then they had me come back for a group interview. The process was kind of bizarre but ended up being okay. It was pretty interesting to see exactly who your direct competition was. The 1:1 interview was about an hour and the group interview was around 2 hours. All pretty standard questions, nothing too out there.
