Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Power Design (Saint Petersburg, FL) em dez. de 2017

Absolutely horrendous. Had to fight with PDI and the hotel I was booked at by them after I was charged the overnight stay of $168. I eventually got reimbursed but it took a couple of weeks, and if I hadn't noticed it myself they would not have bothered to help me. Was booked on a cross-country flight instead of a direct flight leaving at the same time. Details:
I was contacted by PDI on LinkedIn and was asked if I was interested in an interview. I agree'd and was booked on a flight and into a hotel room for an overnight stay in Tampa Bay.
Seemed impressive at first, however the return flight I was placed on (going from Tampa to New Orleans) went from Tampa to Baltimore then to New Orleans - a total of a 6 hour process. There was a flight going direct from Tampa to New Orleans that was leaving only 15 minutes before the initial one I was booked on. I have no idea why I wasn't placed on the direct flight, but I did not want to deal with going across the country and had to pay $150 out of pocket to switch flights.
On the day of the interview, I was asked if it could be moved up an hour - from 2 pm to 1 pm - which I agreed to. The interview itself still did not occur until 1:30 PM. After the brief interview, I was told that I would hear back with a decision by the end of the week (interview was on a Tuesday).
After multiple follow-up emails I finally got an automated response from the company saying I was not selected to move forward. I respect their decision, however why tell me I'll hear something by the end of the week then disappear and not confirm my follow-ups for nearly an entire month?
PDI put me in a Westin Inn in Tampa Bay at $168/night. When I checked in they swiped my card for deposit-sake. I find out two days later that I was charged for the full stay. Had to contact PDI, fill out paperwork, and wait about two weeks to be reimbursed.
The company might be impressive visually but it was probably the worst experience I've ever had in an interview process.
Be careful of this company and CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND FLIGHT BOOKINGS THEY PUT YOU ON
Several online and phone interviews that culminated in neither the interviewers or the hiring managers contacting me. It was a laborious process that only ended once I reached out a third time for some closure.

Would you rather be doing engineering or be a project engineer?
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Power Design (Saint Petersburg, FL).

Very structured, straight-lined process. No time wasted, Power Design is one of the few companies that knows exactly what they're looking for. Interviewed with two persons and got the job on the spot!
1st Phone screener with HR person. Mostly the average common questions. They were very easy to answer. The interviewer was looking to hear about past experiences and future goals. Asked a couple behavioral questions, as well.
