The recruiters and whoever interviews you lets you know the next step and who you will hear from and expect this email and follow these steps, etc.

Long interview process . Misleading with extensive process. Sent an automatic message to my spam even though they had my phone number after I didn’t get it. It was wrong to push someone through the third interview and receive an automatic message when you knew you had me as a backup plan.
