They tell you it is a 3 step process but if they do not offer you the job during the first interview then you didn't get the job. They will sell you on the company and how much money you will make to make you feel really good (they are great sales people, what do you expect). They will then ask you about your experience but what they are really looking for is how hard working you are and how positive you are. Be very positive and energetic.

It was easy and good people. Everyone was welcoming. Young group of people. I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed everyone that I did work with. I would recommend to young people out of college.

Sit down and watch a video about the company for a few minutes. Interviewer comes in and then asks you questions about your experience. Easy first interview, second interview you come in and go into more depth about your skills and why you would be a good fit at Power.

Two interviews that included speaking iwth direct reports and discussing goal and experiences. Was done within 1 week and offer was included. I think that is all, kinda crazy this needs to be 30 words or exist at all.
