Hiring acquisition specialist was super friendly, asked great questions about current job search, what kind of position are you looking for overall and after 50 min, he said I would for better in a senior sales roles position versus a jr sales or customer service representative due to my desire to work in sales and my previous experience in various roles in sales and customer service and scheduled me for the next interview in 4 days, he actively listen to what I was looking for, understood I was going through a difficult situation with my dog broke his leg two weeks ago and just was a very nice easy-going conversation, it was like I was interviewing with someone I knew for a while, like a friend who is just doing his part and getting to know me and my current situation,He also reach out to me the next day to see how the dog was doing after his surgery.

Very intense 1 on 1, but very straight forward as far the questions and the openness of how hard the job is. The pay is shown and there aren't many secrets that makes the company work the way that it does.
