The interview was very long over 3 weeks and ended up not working out. The technology stack is interesting but they are very strict on their culture. They ended up scraping the team I was to be placed on I heard from a friend who worked there.

Submitted resume online. Received an email a few weeks later to schedule a phone call. Phone call was a general screening of skills and interest in position. A week later I received an invitation for a video call with the senior program manager and hr manager. The senior program manager asked me questions of how my experience relates to project management and asked some specific questions to get a feel of how I'd handle work priority. The HR manager covered all benefits and asked a lot of personality questions to get a sense of culture fit.

Walk me through your resume of how you've performed project management in your roles.
Between projects, how would you prioritize work for your team between the following tasks: address a customer sales pain point, data migration, and implement a new software.

What's a mistake you recently made and how did you handle it?
Well-structured interview process consisting of several interviews, mostly remote and one in-person. Great communication throughout the process. The team is friendly and helpful, and the onboarding experience was also well done.
