Total waste of time. After filling out the application, they make you take two online exams: one cognitive and one personality. Then a recruiter calls you afterwards to schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen, they schedule a time to take the same cognitive test but this time with someone watching you on webcam. After about a month after I applied, I made it all the way up to the webcam cognitive test. About a week after I completed that, they sent me an email saying they will not be moving forward. What a complete waste of time and not a very good way to gauge whether or not someone can be a good employee.

There are totally five rounds GD round, Written assessment, Technical round, manager round , hr round. The interview is easy. Every round is an elimination round. Questions will be asked based on your resume.
