I am ultimately responsible for the experience our candidates have throughout the recruiting process and it is important to me that, while our process has many steps, it is transparent. For every search we have multiple candidates in varying stages of our process. We continue to recruit as if the position is open until it is filled with a signed offer letter. It is good to know that we closed the loop with you once an offer letter had been signed.
