I applied online.
1. Asked me to complete a cognitive test and personality test via email.
2. Said I scored well and asked me to complete a Sketch design assignment via email.
3. I don't have Sketch, but use Figma. Asked if that was okay. Never heard back.
4. Did the assignment in Figma and submitted it.
5. Ghosted.

See above. I find it unprofessional and frustrating that PowerSchool asks potential employees to spend time and energy on tests and projects while their HR recruiters don't value candidates enough to even reply to simple emails.
