Applied online. Got an HR screening call first, then a call from the hiring manager. Invited to an interview at the Surrey campus. Got offered shortly thereafter. Overall process took about 4 weeks. Negative experience: interviewers clearly have pressure to maintain a positive image of the company (see reviews to this effect), whereas the reality is completely the opposite. Managers will lie and deceive just to secure a candidate.
