Initial phone interview was with someone in HR and was more of a discussion of the role. At the end of the conversation I was told I should come in for an interview. It took another week to set something up and then another week after that to confirm a date and time.
The actual interview was very short and I was left with the impression that they weren't really interested in me. First interview was with someone in HR and then another person from the Account Management team. Neither really asked about my past skills or for examples of when I had encountered specific situations and how I resolved them. I was told that I would be contacted by the end of the week for the next steps in the process and was never followed up with. I understand the company is in growth mode and is most likely interviewing a lot of candidates, but one would think they'd have the common courtesy to at least get back to a candidate with a yes or no.
