The interview process was fairly informal and very to the point. Involved two leaders who each asked a few key questions that were both subjective and relative to the opportunity.

Entrevista
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and because the company closes for the holidays I did not hear anything regarding the status until about two weeks into the new year. An individual who worked for the company texted me and told me that I was the leading candidate at that time and that they wanted to make a decision by the end of the week. I did not hear a word about this until more than a month and half later when the same person called me to say that they had gone "in a different direction" with the hire, but that it didn't work out. He asked me if I was still available/interested and I reluctantly said that I was. He wanted me to re-interview with the hiring manager which I did and he said he would speak with the hiring manager about this and get right back to me, but a meeting request was not sent out for at least a week after this conversation. I had the half hour Teams meeting with the hiring manager about 4 weeks ago from the date of this posting, and once again, not even so much as an automated email informing me that I was not ultimately selected for the position. This place has apparently adopted ghosting as their policy for dealing with job applicants.

Lots of steps with being a big organization and had to wait a while from what I remember. Seemed a little silly for an entry level job but I got the job so I won't complain.
