Hiring process is bad.. Poor level 100 visual reasoning questions..No knowledge based aptitude testing. 2 case study based GD topics which are completely irrelevant for hiring for the job role. Make one sit and wait unnecessarily and waste time. No relevant questions for rural development asked.

Entrevista
The selection process consisted of 3 parts - visual reasoning, group discussion and Personal Interview. The VR part was of 1 hr where 100 qs could be attempted at max ( happily no negative marks), gd was situational and very interesting, and PI consists of non factual, casual questions... But they expect you to go on and on. Sometimes it feels alright in the PI, but things might not be as you think. They try to judge too deeply . But overall a very good experience.
