Entrevista
The interview process had 4 stages. First stage was a 15 minute initial chat with the Managing Director - very chill and friendly. A couple of questions to gauge cultural fit with the company. The second stage was a standard interview online test. If I remember correctly, it was pattern recognition and working out which shape comes next in the sequence. The third stage was a 2 hour technical interview with the Technical Lead. The final stage was a cultural interview with the Managing Director, Technical Lead and a Q&A with some Technical Consultants. The interview process took a couple of weeks, was very organized and held online using Microsoft Teams. Feedback was given a couple of hours after each stage. I was offered the job a couple of hours after the final interview.

Pergunta 1
1st stage: Questions along the lines of: "What is the sort of role you are looking for?", "What is the company culture you want to work for?". A chill, informal chat to make sure you "fit" into the role and culture. 2nd interview: More formal. Spoke about my understanding of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Spoke about my experiences, degree & had to describe a coding project I had written and explain it in a non-technical way. They then showed a client system they had built. Finished with a more casual chat about my interests. There was lots of opportunities to ask questions here, and the interview was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cultural interview questions included standard interview questions such as: "What is your biggest regret?", "When was the last time you argued with someone and how did you resolve it?", "How would your friends describe you?". There was also a chance to speak with 2 current employees in the role and ask questions.
Standard questions, with a bit about your background but mainly your understanding of the company and the role, probing at exactly why you want this role rather than other, similar roles.

Entrevista
The interview process involved a 15 minute initial phone call, a 75 minute more technical interview, and a 90 minute cultural interview. The process was very quick, feedback was given the same day at each stage.

The technical interview involved talking about my degree and projects I had undertaken at university. There was a focus on explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience. I was asked to talk through a piece of code I had written. The cultural interview had more traditional questions like what is your biggest weakness? And how would your friends describe you?
