Started with a math test (I get why but I heard that for the industry that’s pretty weird), then a basic questionnaire and inquiry if you have experience. They feed you buzzwords they’re looking for and it just seemed off to me. Kinda shocked because I have the credentials they are looking for but their feedback was that they didn’t like half the answers I gave. They didn’t elaborate whatsoever when I asked for more info and said I can’t reapply for another year. I can’t help but to feel incredibly insulted and embarrassed, especially because I know many of the people who work there personally and they were begging me to apply.

Quick and simple, 2 weeks training that I believe is now paid at around sixteen dollars an hour. Hours aren’t very flexible, 3 shift options 8 or 10 hours each.
