I went for an interview for a Senior Executive position, however when the offer letter was sent it was for an Executive level, I was promised in 3 months time during confirmation will be promoted to Senior position. However my confirmation only came in after 2 years and 3 months. Even after sending an internal memo on my loss of bonuses and increment and recommendations for promotion to the Group Managing Director, it was only failure.
