Entrevista
First level recruiting agent called to ask standard question. Why do you apply us? Ask my salary in very detail until allowance I received.
Next, interview with HR biz partner and reporting manager. They ask very standard interview question. Nothing surprised.
Next, second interview with other department manager. They just random question. No specific structure.
Next, they will call a reference.
Then, recruiting agent call and provide offer. Sometimes, the agent can disappear and not replying any questions for a few days. They will ask you to sign many document but not able to explain the content inside. And when they want answer from me, it's forcing way that must reply them follow their timeline. Apparently an unfair treatment.
Hirevue (TEXT ONLY, no time limit, general HR questions) followed by a Video interview. The process was straightforward. follow typical STAR method for answers. (disregard the following: these are filler words added to make the 30 word min for posting this review.)

Some technical questions, other questions were behavioral questions. They also asked the strengths and weakness questions but a very relaxed and conversational interview. One person interviewed and cared to make it a comfortable conversation

Straightforward. Understand reason behind job application and what value can you bring to the team. Discussed the aviation industry and previous experience and roles and responsibilities. Overall a pleasant interview experience.
