Met with Talent Lead (who would be my Line Manager) and one of the Talent Partners via Zoom meeting. It was well structured, concise and I was made to feel very comfortable with their welcoming nature. The Talent Lead was clearly a seasoned Recruiter as the questions were relevant, no "fluff" and they seemed to take a genuine interest in me as a person as well as my experience. A couple of days later, I met with the CEO for "Round 2". His style match that of the first so there was a great consistency throughout. He was very engaging and talked through how my relevant experience could be used in the world of Sourcing!
