It was friendly and basically, it was not a tense setting. They were not too keen on my experience but on my can-do attitude. I was majorly asked if I know what an autistic behaviour is and how to handle one.
Long day with a lot of tasks, very subjective and not really related to care and the job. The interview says they are looking for certain personalities but I passed it once and failed the second time
