Extremely informal without any written questions. One interviewer had an ego and the other was friendly. Culture felt cold and strict, but was hard to tell with the minimal time I was there.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. First with HR and then with Chad the president. That is where it all went downhill. Went in for a formal interview. Chad was not ready and spent time answering questions and then ghosted by both HR and Chad. Very rude.
