I had first call from the hr person who explained tge job description and after one week i had the phone interview with basic questions about NGS plaptforms and it went smooth. Simple questions were asked.

-The hiring process was seamless, a couple of qualifying interviews was followed by the HR round and on-boarding. Major questions were on why I was transitioning to industry and if I intended to return to academics again
