The process was fairly simple. I first applied online, and then HR contacted me to set up the first interview. I had no idea that the person I would be interviewing with was the owner of the company! He was very personable and easy to talk to. That took about 20 minutes and then there was a second interview a few days later where I met with an account executive and they conducted the interview at the store. I really liked that they wanted to know what my purpose was, and they were very friendly and professional but at the same time not uptight. Great opportunity, as this is for a career not a job!
