Three stage process meeting everyone I needed to. It was drilled in (and rightly so) that you need an understanding of contact centres and what's important to them. An honest conversation around pay and benefit expectations, role expectations from my perspective too which was refreshing.

The process went well! I was very nervous, but I think they saw that and allowed me plently of time to answer and ask questions which I truely appreciated! And both who interviewed me were patient and kind!

Terrible experience. The worst interviewer I have ever had. She paid little to no interest in hearing anything I had to say. She spoke over me during the 15-minute phone call and showed a lack of interest. The company is using very outdated processes and techniques and needs to up its game in order to stay relevant. Avoid avoid!
