I applied for this position through the online portal. I received an initial call from the recruiter and I had a pleasant talk with him. It was followed by another phone interview with R&D Director which also went very well. After that, I was scheduled for an on-site interview with a team of 6 R&D folks. As I walked into their facility for the interview, I was feeling the positive vibe and was very impressed with the reception at front desk. I was immediately guided to a room where each R&D member (including Director) came by and had a 20 min talk with me. I enjoyed my conversations with all members. After the interview, the recruiter visited me back and asked about my experience and gave a small tour of their whole office area and their dining place. When leaving the office, I was offered some products of PNC. I have attended limited interviews but this experience with PNC was very positive. It is unfortunate that I didn't get a chance to be part of this company at this moment but I would continue my pursuit with other future positions.
