Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Premier Source Marketing Group.

      Entrevista

Felt like a total scam. They asked me to come in wearing business casual clothing, and I was way overdressed for the interview. They asked me like three or four questions, and then sent me away for a second interview the next day. Their website has almost no information, everything is just buzzwords. The next day, I came back and finally found out what MVP does. I applied for a "brand ambassador" among ten jobs with marketing assistant but it turns out everyone literally has the same job. They told me that what they do is "direct selling" and that we would sell to business owners, which meant going into businesses like Walmart or whatever and selling products to the boss. I became more and more suspicious of everything. They were all just singing praises about how amazing their job is and how they even work on Saturdays to make money. They said I could be advanced to team leader in five to ten months and make around 70 to 90k. I just couldn't believe it. I asked about the history of the company and the clients they work with, and they couldn't directly answer me, just vaguely said with some Fortune 500 companies. All the interviewees went to see the first hour of operations, which included chanting and inspirational messages. Then they all paired off and picked up their boxes of make up, which were honestly the most tattered, cheap looking boxes I've ever seen. Also, they were all assigned to different neighborhoods, including some that I knew were extremely unsafe. I was offered the job on the spot, and given no notice of benefits. After reading websites about "direct marketing" = DevilCorp, I'm sure this is one of them. At every stage of the process, someone was lying to me about something. They honestly seemed brainwashed. Also, like in the website about DevilCorp, each time a person gets close to the top of management after 1 or 2 years, they split off and make their "own" company with the same model but different names. Apparently the company "supports" the younger company by paying rent and some initial stuff, so the two companies are linked. Thus the cycle continues, kind of like...oh I don't know....a pyramid.
