Transparent process. Warm, welcoming, and top notch communication. Standard interview questions with some variety thrown in. Focus on personality as well as skillset. Seems like a great company to work for and the people seem amazing.

I was contacted via recruiter after applying online. He conducted a phone interview for about 20 minutes and stated an on-site interview would be next if I were to be recommended.

Phone interview with a recruiter, very relaxed and professional. Second interview and a meet and greet. Had drug screen and background check. Offer came from same recruiter who initially contacted me, which was nice.
