Entrevista
Did a phone interview first. Was very robotic and scripted. Asked the basic questions such as strengths/weaknesses, tell about a time when..... and so on. Took about 30 min. Then was told a region manager would reach out if they are interested. Or I would receive an email if they rejected me.

I submitted a resume online. A few days later, a recruiter called to set up a meet and greet. I expected a follow-up call from the same recruiter- but did not receive. I have interviewed with them in the past, and worked for their sister organization. It's a great company. This was an odd interaction for them.

Entrevista
Basic Interview with recruiter via telephone. We went over resume in detail with basic questions as it pertains to experience. Recruiter described position in detail along with benefit information and included in follow up email.
