Very courteous and willing to answer questions. Clear job requirements. The faculty were very open regarding salary negotiation, benefits and local housing information. The administrative interviews were very uninformative and seemed to be designed to reinforce the religious identity of the college and whether this would have any bearing on my view of the school.
