Recruiter screening call, leadership screening call, panel round with 4 to 6 interviews, and potential follow up discussions if/as helpful. All video/zoom calls, somewhat casual and informal but in a good way. Never felt put on the spot in an uncomfortable way and given lots of opportunity to tell my story, ask questions, get comfortable. Great experience interviewing with everyone - super smart and approachable team.

Cannot recall specifics, but questions covered the standard topics one expects to help both sided evaluate mutual fit (experience, motivations, relevant subject matter expertise) -- with ample opportunity to ask questions and challenge/drill into any areas of interest. Very conversational, engaging, and friendly discussions. Also very flexible in the process, led by mature recruitment/hr team with high degree of touch and support throughout the evaluation process. Strong offer potential with excellent benefits - highly recommend pursuing this company and investing in the process if the opportunity excites you!

Ray was my recruiter and he was amazing every step of the way. Empathetic and a great listener throughout the whole process. The Preset team is humble, dedicated, and Maxime (founder) is so passionate and enthusiastic, you’d hope that all your startup founders have the same spark as his. Although it didn’t work out, I would love to meet any of the team members again. Awesome team.
