The role was advertised as a security role with SIEM, Firewall and Penetration Testing . I have a lot of firewall and SIEM including research. When interviewing it seemed more like an admin role and they didn't seem interested at all in my security or forensics experience. When I asked would penetration testing be part of the role they said no, even though it was on the job description. They told the agency I hadn't enough experience, I have 10 years of admin with a masters in security. I don't think they know what direction they are going in.
