The first step was an online application. The second step was a screening interview with a recruiter. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager. I believe there were two more interviews after the hiring manager.

Grilled me about extremely minute details of models that I'd worked on. Didn't seem very trusting - Seemed like they got burned with their last employee and were having a hard time getting over it.
