Entrevista
They communicated clearly and were very respectful through each step. First was a video call with a HR leader, followed by a one to one with interview with the manager of this position, then finally a panel interview which included a presentation I prepared based an a scenario they gave me in advance.

It was great! I thought they were very thorough and engaged. I had to have 2 virtual preliminary interviews and then fly to do an in-person presentation to the leaders. But that prepared me for the company's expectations.

The interview never happened! I applied for an Advisor position on 10/11, and on 10/21 I received an email from the recruiter requesting a 15 - 30 minute phone screen. I was so excited for the opportunity to advance in the hiring process! I used the booking link provided by the recruiter and signed up on the following Monday for a slot on 10/27 at 12:30. I prepared quite a bit for the phone screen by reviewing the organization, job description, and practicing a couple answers to basic questions. I was excited and a little nervous awaiting the phone call at 12:30 but THEY NEVER CALLED. I emailed the recruiter at 12:45 wondering if we were still on for our call. I sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting for the recruiter to call. The recruiter emailed me back at 4:00pm saying "I apologize for missing you today. I'm available now to speak with you." which is not an appropriate response in my opinion. We re-scheduled and I was instructed to call her at at 5:15pm. When I called she acted like she didn't know who I was at first, and then she informed me that the position has been filled. I asked about the other advisor position that was posted, and she said that position was in final offer stages as well. She suggested a Virtual Advisor role as an alternative and emailed me a link to that. I was surprised she did not offer a decent apology or explanation about why she missed our meeting. The phone call lasted less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling disrespected and gave me a horrible first impression of Press Ganey! I am a very easy-going person and I also work in the HR/recruiting world and would never "ghost" a candidate that I requested an interview with. I understand that they found their ideal candidate before interviewing me, but at least have the courtesy to show up for an interview that YOU requested. It would not have taken much effort to talk to me for 15 minutes. Because of this negative experience, I will not be applying for any future positions with Press Ganey. I think Press Ganey talent acquisition needs to take advantage of some of their own performance improvement solutions. This was a giant waste of my time and energy.
