The interview process was easy, but then you have to sit with the kids for a while to be monitored by the interviewer. Interviewer was friendly and likeable. Another staff present to witness interview.

Interview was with one supervisor. All easy questions regarding past experiences and whether I could handle the worst parts of the job (what would you do if a child got mad and spat on you etc).

Usually you will sit down with a supervisor, sometimes two. They will literally ask you questions pre-made by the company and are never just made up. Read their website and you will ace it.
