Face-to-face interview with company manager with a follow-up interview at job location. I was excited about the interview process and expected to get the job. When I went on the job location, the person during this part of the interview was very encouraging and friendly. This job starts out as a direct sales position with the potential to move up through the process quickly to upper level positions if employee has the drive to meet the requirements of the positions at each level. I was offered the job, but declined due to the distance from where I live to where I would be working.
