It was very straight forward, they asked me for a prepared lesson plan, it was easy going, stress free, the interviewer was friendly and made the interview comfortable, gave me the results right away

Got invited in only 2 steps. The first step was HR screening. The HR asked about my experiences and salary expectations. Then described about the company and its plans. The length was about 15-20 minutes. Few days later, I received invitation to the next step, which is a meeting with the director of engineering. Surprisingly, they never scheduled that meeting even after asking about my availability.
