The interview process started at a job fair where I discussed the available positions at length with a representative. He reviewed my resume and gave me his contact info for future reference. A few weeks later I received a phone call stating that the Sacramento office wanted to meet with me and conduct and interview. The interview was very informal and mostly consisted of the would be supervisor describing my responsibilities and what was to be expected of me. I was then given the opportunity to ask any questions I had, which they answered thoroughly. I was contacted around 3 weeks later with an offer.
