Relaxed informal, educated questions, mostly interested in my personality and telephone manner, attitude, helpfulness, able to work on own initiative, being able to work within a team, happy to delegate but basically to just get on with it with the minimum of fuss, also it would help to be knowledgeable about designer items.

Telephone Interview followed by office visit where I got to meet the team and ask them questions and get a feel for the place.. Its always better to be able to get it from the horse's mouth.
