First step was a phone screening with a recruiter. Next step was an interview with the Manager of CSM's. Next step was call with Director or VP of Customer success. The last step is a presentation to the Customer success executives, Director and VP.

In general, I didn’t like how the interviewer presented the company. I would have expected them to wear at least a sweater rather than a Lululemon yoga shirt. To me, this gives the impression that the company doesn’t care about its image or the first interaction with a potential candidate. In the end, we finished after 10–15 minutes because they changed their mind about some requirements.

Very easy and well communicated. An initial interview with the company recruiter, individual interviews with the Director and some seasoned vets and a group presentation to the Senior team on value message from a previous life
