O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela PrideLogic em abr. de 2024
Entrevista
The interview process was long and took 5-6 weeks. There was an initial screening call, a two-hour coding test, and a technical interview.
It seemed like the HR people managing different steps of the interview had zero communication with each other (One of them had scheduled an interview and simultaneously the other one asked me for my availability so she could schedule the very same call).
After clearing all the rounds, I was told in the last interview that they specifically need a person who's adept at NestJS, though there had been no mention of NestJS in the job description or earlier interview steps.
Moreover, the interviewer didn't turn his camera on (while I was told to turn mine on in the email), had a spotty internet connection, and even left the interview once or twice to tend to some other business in his home.
