After applying directly with through the website I was brought in for 2 rounds of interviews where I was able to discuss my work in more depth with different and key members of the team. Both of the Interviews were in person and gave a good amount of time to share my design work, approach, ask Questions and get to know the team a bit better.

A two stage interview with an Initial phone call and then an in person portfolio review lasting 30 to 40 minutes. It was overall a great experience and was handled in a professional manner.
