The interview was structured with a first HR step, then a coding (python) and ML test, then a technical step, and finally a step with an Engineering Manager. Overall the process was not very challenging.

Arrivata email con link per test su Hackerrank di circa 3 ore. Il test non aveva niente a che fare con il machine learning se non con design pattern e programmazione ad oggetti.
L'email ricevuta faceva riferimento anche a uso di AI per il codice ma senza definire istruzioni/paletti chiari. Ricevuta email di esito negativo senza fornire feedback e non rispondendo all'email in cui li chiedevo esplicitamente e gentilmente.

Contattato da un recruiter su linkedin, invitato a sostenere un task tecnico su HackerRank. Freddato con una mail che dice: test non superato, senza fornire motivazioni (a mio avviso mi sembrava di aver fatto bene). Sprecato tre ore di sabato mattina, non perdeteci tempo.
