Submitted my application online and they got in touch with me in a week for scheduled interview the next week. I went for the interview which the questions are all listed on glass door - very helpful and got an offer the next day.

Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
