Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Primark (Bedford, England) em abr. de 2017
Entrevista
I applied online in which I had to take an assessment
Roughly 2 weeks later I received an email telling me I had an interview.
When I attended the interview I was placed in a room of around 15 other people in which we prompted via presentation on what the next steps were, what the interview would be like- what kind of questions they'd ask ect. They went into the detail about the ethics behind primark.
We were then taken to another room and one by one called into another room in which around 10 tables were spread out, roughly 10 people were being interviewed 1:1 in the same room. I think this helped ease my nerves as it was less awkward- these people were applying for different roles or the same roles.
The interview lasted around an hour and consisted of mainly not so much scenario based questions but more give an example of how you have performed different skills.
The interviewer was really friendly and by the end of the interview I was not so nervous anymore.
After the interview you are sent an email roughly 10 days after the process in which you are either made an offer, you are reserved, or rejected.
If you are accepted then you attend an induction which lasts a day long where they go into more detail
About the store.
Give an example of when you have had to describe something complex to either a colleague or customer, and how did you make sure they understood what you were explaining?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
