Entrevista
Applied online. Got a phone call not long after inviting me in for an interview in store.
Arrived early and was taken to the staff canteen and had to fill out forms stating personal details, availability etc.
Interview was with one of the HR managers, very relaxed. Mainly competency based questions. Had no previous retail experience but they didn't mind me using examples from school etc.
Got a phone call the same week offering me the job and I had my induction the following weekend.

Entrevista
Email invitation within 2 weeks after application and the interview took place online over Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like how long can you work and why do you want to work including preferred working hours and contract length. After that induction activity was held at the Primark with a short quiz based on the presentation they shared on the induction activity. Then shift started from the next week. The interview process was fast and very accommodating and the managers are lovely and can accommodate if there's any special requests.

Entrevista
I was called for an interview on a Friday and the HR manager was very friendly and made me feel very at ease. She asked some basic, routine questions that I was prepared for because I had googled Primark interview questions and came upon this site, which enabled me to enter the interview well prepared. I answered the questions confidently and I felt confident when I left the interview and knew I had gotten the job. I was called first thing on Monday morning with an offer of a 20 hour contract. I was so happy because, although I have experience working within the retail industry, I don't have any previous experience working in the UK and I felt like the HR manager saw my potential and gave me a chance. I am very grateful to Primark for giving me the opportunity to show my skills.
