Just one round of interview with her for about 20-30 mins. Interview questions like competitors of primark, why u want to join us, what do u know about us, when did u give a best customer service last time explain it, why do u think that ur a suitable candidate for this position? For how long do u stay with us?
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
