Easy relate to customer service . Very friendly with one of the store managers. Just testing to see how you would deal with situations and if you fit the company views

How would you deal with certain instances/ what would you deal with first? Ie folding table is messy, customer is asking for assistance
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
