Mi sono iscritta all'offerta di lavoro e ho risposto ad un test di valutazione dei dipendenti online in lingua spagnola, perchè attualmente vivo in Spagna. Sono stata penalizzata per il tempo di risposta alle domande, erano previsti 10 minuti in totale, mentre io ne ho impiegati 15.

Stai lavorando in inegozio il venerdì sera e il tuo turno sta per finire. Ti si avvicina la manager e ti chiede se potresti restare per aiutare in un altro reparto perchè hanno molto lavoro. Che faresti?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
